Rachel Butler
Rachel Butler is the Founder of Warhound Analytics LLC and a doctoral candidate in Defense and Strategic Studies at Missouri State University. Her work reflects a deep commitment to national security and geopolitical analysis, with a focus on emerging threats and strategic competition. Her recent projects include the development of a wargame designed to train U.S. policymakers in countering influence operations, as well as research on topics such as chemical and biological warfare, the role of authoritarian regimes in the Olympic Games, the ethics of weapons of mass destruction, Russia’s evolving nuclear posture, intelligence and counterintelligence, energy security, and the operational dynamics of non-state actors. Through both academic inquiry and applied analysis, Rachel brings a multidimensional perspective to complex security challenges.
